Create a General Report

Example with basic setting for a report creation.

Expand Option

List of members of dimension that is used for building report, and are shown in the report table.

Member Option

Allows to build a report based only on one row (1 row =1 member)

Range Option

Allows to build report for a range - prepared list of members.

Formula Option

Allows to create a row that is calculated from other rows in report.

Suppress Option

Allows to suppress (not show) rows where values = zero.

Create an Income Statement and Balance Sheet

Adjust Report in CurrentViews

  • Displays the currently selected Model and Member for each dimension.
  • This is a feature that filters all data that is retrieved to Excel.
  • It is personal setting for each user.
  • The current view selections can be hardcoded in report Option Slicer to get more predictable results.

Multi-Dimension List

Enter a a dimension map and member names for each dimension.
Each row int the Multidimension Member List generates one row/column in report with data for the combination of all dimension members specified.
