In the Rows tab, select New > Expand.
The New Expand widget displays.
Select a Dimension.

Show details (leaf levels).
Show parents (aggregated values)
Suppress zero rows

Adding Row Calculations
Select New > Function.
Select calculation type (sum, subtract, etc.).

Select rows to include.
Calculations use raw values and apply sign rules based on settings. If Sign Reversal is set to As shown, the calculated value is displayed without any changes. If set to Reversal, the value is displayed with the opposite sign.

Editing, Removing and Duplicating Rows
Select the row you want to modify.

Choose one of the following actions:
Select Edit to modify the selected row.
Select Remove to delete the selected row.
Select Duplicate to create a copy of the selected row. The duplicated row displays directly below the original row.

If necessary, drag and drop rows to rearrange their order.
If you remove a row and want to restore it, do not save the report. Close and reopen the report to discard the deletion.
