This section helps you control how the report looks so you can make it easier to read and navigate.

Configuring Display Options
In the Options tab, you can:
Select the Report Style.
Show Grid and Headings.
Display Zero values.
Adjust Number format.

Show Headings displays Excel-style column letters and row numbers, which helps when managing grouped rows.
Exporting Reports to Excel
Select Show Headings under Report Export Excel Options to ensure row numbers and column letters are displayed in exported workbooks.

When you export reports to Excel, the standard Excel viewing experience is preserved, regardless of the Show Headings setting in Report View Options.
Configuring Performance Options
Enable Asynchronous data load for large reports.
Use lazy data rendering.

Enable Manual Refresh.
Lazy data rendering loads data only when you scroll, improving performance for large reports.
Configuring Drilldown and Business Rules
This section helps you create interactive reports so you can explore data in more detail and trigger actions directly from the report.
Adding Drilldown Reports
In the Options tab, select DrillDown Destination.

Select Add
.The New drilldown config modal displays.
Select Target.
Select Icon.
Select Save.
In the Options tab, select Save.
Drilling Down to Another Report
Add a DrillDown Destination in Options tab.
Right-click a cell.
Select a target report.
Configuring Business Rule Actions

In Business Rule Actions, Select Add
.The New Business Rule Action modal displays.
Select Business Rule.
Enter Action Name.
Select Icon.

Select Save.
After saving, an icon appears in report editing menu from where you can run a business rule.

Configuring Drilldown Dimensions

In DrillDown Dimensions, select Dimension.
You can select the dimensions to include or exclude for drilling in the report. By default, all dimensions are enabled.

In the Options tab, select Save.
Drilldown is only available for dimensions that have a parent member set for a cell.
Dimension tab settings and report filters will be taken from original report.
If drilled report has some settings on column or row level, they remain the same and not affected by original report settings.
Example 1: If original report has Time on report level 2021, and drilled report has Time set as 2022 on column level, drilled report will have Time set as 2022.
Example 2. If original report has Time on report level 2021, and drilled report has Time on report level 2022 and no Timesettings on column level or Row level, drilled report will have Time set as 2021.
