Use the Epicor FP&A Excel Add-In to access Epicor FP&A reports and data directly from Microsoft Excel. The add-in supports both direct Epicor authentication and Microsoft account authentication.

Before You Begin
Verify that you have:
Access to Microsoft Excel Online.
An Epicor FP&A user account.
The appropriate environment information for your Epicor FP&A instance.
Installing the Epicor FP&A Excel Add-In
Open Microsoft Excel Online.
Select Add-ins from the ribbon.
In the search box, enter Epicor.
Press Enter.
Select the Epicor FP&A add-in from the search results.

Install the add-in.
The Epicor FP&A add-in is installed and displays the welcome page.
Start the Sign-In Process
Open the Epicor FP&A add-in.
On the welcome page, select Log In.
Available Sign-In Methods
The Epicor FP&A add-in supports the following authentication methods:
Direct Sign-In
Sign In with Microsoft
Signing In Using Epicor Credentials
Use Direct Sign-In to authenticate with your Epicor FP&A username and password.
Signing In
Select the appropriate environment from the Environment list.
Enter your Epicor FP&A username.
Enter your password.
Optional: Select Save Password to store your credentials for the selected environment.

Select Sign In.
The add-in authenticates your account and opens the Epicor FP&A workspace.
Signing In with Microsoft
Use Microsoft authentication when your Epicor FP&A username matches your Microsoft email address.
Signing In with Microsoft
Select Sign In with Microsoft.
Select a Microsoft account from the available list, or enter your Microsoft credentials.

Complete any additional authentication prompts.
The add-in authenticates your account and opens the Epicor FP&A workspace.
Accessing Reports
After a successful sign-in, the add-in displays one of the following:
A list of available reports.
An instance selection screen when your account is associated with multiple instances.
Switching Instances
If your account has access to multiple instances, you can switch between them from within the add-in.
Switching to a Different Instance
Select the Gear icon.
Select Switch Instances.
Select the instance you want to use.
Confirm your selection.
The add-in connects to the selected Epicor FP&A instance.
Sign-In Options

Additional Information
Saved credentials are stored per environment. When Save Password is enabled, the username and password fields are automatically populated the next time you access that environment.
If multiple instances are available, you can change instances at any time through the Switch Instances option.
Both authentication methods provide access to the same Epicor FP&A functionality after sign-in.
