Use Data Source Status to review the most recent data updates received from connected source systems. The Data Source Status page helps administrators and data managers verify when data was last posted and when the most recent data update process completed.

About Data Source Status
The Data Source Status page displays update information for connected source systems. Information is organized by source system and shows the latest data updates available for each DataClass and Journal ID combination.
Use Data Source Status to:
Verify data refresh activity
Confirm that source-system updates were received
Review the timing of posted data updates
Troubleshoot missing or delayed data refreshes
Opening Data Source Status
Open the application.
From the Left Navigation pane, select Data Source Status.

Select the source system from the list displayed on the left side of the page.
The page displays update information for the selected source system.
Reviewing Data Update Information
For each combination of DataClass and Journal ID, the page displays update status information.
Available Information

| DataClass | The DataClass associated with the imported data. |
| Journal ID | The source journal identifier. |
| Latest Posted | The date of the most recent posted update received from the source system. |
| Latest Data Change | The date and time of the most recent completed data update process. |
Understanding Status Dates
The page displays two different update dates.
Latest Posted
The Latest Posted value indicates the most recent posted update received from the source system.
Use this value to verify when business data was last successfully posted to Epicor FP&A.
Latest Data Change
The Latest Data Change value indicates the most recent completed data update process.
A completed data update process may not always contain new data. In some cases, the update process can complete successfully but return no results.
Validating Data Refresh Activity
Use the displayed dates to confirm that data synchronization is occurring as expected.
Verifying a Data Update
Select the source system.
Locate the required DataClass and Journal ID combination.
Review the Latest Posted date.
Compare the date to the expected source-system posting schedule.
Review Latest Data Change to confirm that update processing has occurred.
Example
If a source system posts data nightly, verify that:
Latest Posted reflects the expected posting date.
Latest Data Change reflects the most recent completed update process.
Troubleshooting
